Homeless man rescues kitten from heat exhaustion, he knows he can't give the kitten proper care so he brings kitten to CVS where kind human adopts the sweet kitten
You'd think being homeless would let you off the hook for some things. You don't even have a home, so you're pretty much exempt from any responsibility of life. So then why would the cat distribution system gift you of all people with a kitten lost in the heat of summer? This homeless man knew that he doesn't have the means to take care of a kitten, and he also couldn't stand to see the kitten suffer in the heat in the middle of summer. He promptly rescues the kitten from the streets and brings him to AC, and in this case it's a nearby CVS.

In the cat community, there is a whole debate about indoor vs. outdoor cats. Most of us, me included, think that cats are better indoors. They live longer lives indoors, they can be spoiled indoors, they are safe with us, and to us, that is generally all that matters. But we do understand the other side of the argument, specifically for some cats. Some cats who have lived their whole lives as strays don't do well with being confined indoors. They need their time outside, for their mental well-being, in one way or another.

I can relate to this new pawrent for a couple of reasons: Before making my transition into being a cat purrson, I was a dog guy. In my house growing up, we had a plethora of dogs rotating through at all times. Rescues would come in and out as they found furrever homes, and we always had at least one or two dogs of our own to keep the pack stable and manageable. I always thought I would emulate the life my parents raised me in: one full of wagging tails and slobbery tongues.
